An advanced approval process ensures that salary increases have been accepted by senior management and payroll managers
When a manager has completed the salary increases for his direct and indirect reports, he sends a proposal that is routed to his manager. The manager’s manager can accept or reject the proposals she receives. If the proposal is rejected the salary increase is reopened.
When a manager’s manager accepts the salary increase proposal, it is sent for further approval to the payroll manager. If both managers approve the salary increase for a given employee, the compensation of that employee will be updated.
The communication process between line managers, manager’s manager and payroll manager is interactive and generates automatic notifications by email.
