Budget allocation

Allocate budgets to managers for salary increases and delegate responsibility throughout the hierarchy

The salary increase process is built around a budget that is used to increase employee salaries. This budget is assigned to a manager by a user who has been granted the budget owner right. Budget owners assigning a budget interactively view the sum of compensations broken down by currency for the manager they have chosen and can assign budget by percentage or by value.

Managers receiving a budget are notified and can make use of the budget in the following way:
 

  • Make salary increases to their direct reports
  • Allocate a part of their budget to a direct report who also manages poeple reporting directly to him or her


Budgets allocations are editable so budget owners and managers can make changes as the process evolves.
