Salary increases

A powerful user interface allows line managers to make informed salary increases for their direct reports

Managers receive a budget to make salary increases for their direct and indirect reports. For each direct or indirect report the manager can make increases using the following indicators:

  • Salary template ranges: a table showing the compensation for the employee’s
  • Compensation history: a view presenting the compensation history
  • Performance evaluation history: the history of all performance evaluations (see Altamira Performance)
  • The employee’s current compensation (divided into fixed, variable, etc.)
  • The new compensation suggested by the platform based on the percentage increase set by the budget owner

The manager can change all aspects of the employees compensation (fixed, variable, etc.) as well as the job level. If the manager exceeds the total budget they have received, the platform does not block the proposal but submits a budget approval request to the managers manager.

When the manager has finished the budget allocation they send it for approval to a higher level manager.
