A powerful and flexible database that will give structure to the information you handle every day and will allow you to communicate more effectively with your employees
Using Altamira Employees you can manage data for each employee, regardless of the contract or employment relationship the employee has with the company.
Each employee has a personal form that is divided into views and tabs containing all the employees data amongst which there is:
- detailed personal data.
- compensation with the economics related to the employment contract, the pay slip data (these figures are automatically updated when the platform is connected to a payroll platform), bonuses and benefits.
- employee position, the history of previous positions, and the list (or mini-organizational charts) of direct reports.
- documents such as employee’s CV, foto or employment contract.
