Automatic screening of candidates
Let the platform do the screening for you
Altamira Recruiting has a strong automatic screening capability that will allow recruiters to setup rules to move candidates to projects with no human intervention. You can setup criteria (for example university degree in mathematics and current address in the United Kingdom) and if a new or existing candidate reaches a given score they will be copied to the project automatically. Automatic screening will let you:

- setup rules to route/copy candidates to projects on the basis of them matching or exceeding a given set of criteria;
- candidates who do not match or exceed the criteria are automatically removed from projects;
- limits to the number of candidates to be copies can be set;
- complex expressions involving any of the candidate searching capabilities the platform offers can be constructed enabling complex scenarios to be developed;
- projects can be used as subsets of the main database (for example copying candidates that have a degree in engineering). If a given user is only enabled to access that project they are in effect using a sub database.
