Career Center

A fully featured, straightforward and customized career center that will help you attract the best talent and boost your employer branding

The Career Center is the web site where candidates interact with your organization. Candidates can:
 

  • browse or search for vacancies recruiters post to the career center;
  • apply to one or more vacancies by filling in a totally customizable application form;
  • register with the career center to update their application in the future;
  • setup job alerts to be notified when new vacancies are ported that match the candidates preferences.

The Career Center is completely dynamic and self service. This means users (who have permission to do so) can post and withdraw vacancies and update texts on the fly with no technical expertise in web technologies.

Career centers conform to web standards (XHTML 1.0 output produced) and can be fully skinned to match your organizations look and feel. If your organization requires it you can have multiple career centers, with different graphical styles.
