Project management for an organized recruiting experience

Altamira Recruiting projects allow recruiters to manage the recruiting process optimally dividing their work into projects. Projects are independent of each other and act as containers for candidates. Recruiters using projects can:

  • copy candidates from the main database to the project. Candidates can also be copied from other vacancies or projects.
  • bind vacancies. Projects are bound to vacancies so applications received for a vacancy can be automatically copied to the vacancy;
  • get statistics on the composition of the project and the breakdown of candidate staus in the project;
  • make use of the full workflow and status management features of the platform;
  • setup up automatic screening to copy candidates to the project automatically when given criteria are satisfied;
