Decide whether you wish HR staff to handle enrollment, delegate line managers or allow employees to self enroll
Enrolling employees is straight forward in Altamira Learning and it is up to the administrators to establish the enrollment policy:
- Centralized enrollment ensures HR has tight control over course delivery
- Manager driven enrollment allows managers to enroll their direct reports for a course
- Self enrollment allows employees to directly enroll in a training course edition. The employees manager must then approve the enrollment.
If an employee is promoted or moved to a position that requires mandatory training the HR Department will be in a position to organize the employee’s enrollment to the course.
