Through their account employees can browse courses and request to be enrolled. Managers and HR staff are notified of enrollment requests and can accept or reject them easily.
Teachers can also be allowed to operate on the platform and can take roll call and update exam or test results.
Altamira Learning also handles mandatory training for a given role. When an employee is promoted or assigned to a position whose role requires specific training courses to be taken, HR managers can quickly enroll them to the next edition of the course.
