Email and alerts

Altamira Employees will become a focal point in your organization by providing a flexible environment for internal communications with employees and notification of HR related events. For example, you can setup alerts to notify employees when:
 

• a temporary workers contract is expiring;
• it is an employees birthday;
• an employees work permit or visa expires.

In addition to the notification of events, e-mail communications are the basis of the various processes developed on top of Altamira Employees. You can set an alert to remind employees of an upcoming lesson in a course, that a direct report has asked a maneger to start a new performance evaluation session, that a manager has proposed a salary increase and much more.
