Delegate performance evaluations to employees and their line managers transforming a process traditionally handled on paper or spreadsheet into an interactive experience
Each employee has a personal account in Altamira Performance that gives them access to the performance toolset. Employees being evaluated and the managers doing the evaluation have full access to the performance evaluation.
Users being evaluated log on to the platform and can:
- Request their manager to execute several different actions like starting a new evaluation or closing a running one
- Define their goals
- Rate their competencies
- Sum up their overall performance
Managers evaluating their reports also log on and access and update the same shared information.
This interactive process allows HR departments to offload most of the administrative burden of running the performance evaluations. The ease of use and transparency ensure high levels of adoption from users.
