Notifications and other features

Email notifications drive the process alerting managers and employees of the other's actions. Companies adopting a matrix organizational chart are fully supported with employees being assessed by several managers

E-mail

Altamira Performance generates automatic e-mails to notify those involved that action needs to be taken or has been taken. The following are a few of the events that generate a notification:
 

  • employees request their manager to start a new Performance evaluation
  • a manager closes the goal setting phase
  • an employee requests the performance evaluation to be closed
  • an HR manager forces an evaluation closed
     

Multiple Managers

Altamira Performance supports organizations with a matrix organizational structure allowing employees to run performance evaluations with multiple managers. Each manager will be involved in assessing the goals and competences of the specific role which they covers as his or her subordinate.
 

Customizable

Altamira performance is highly customizable. As an example, administrators can make use of the following features:
 

  • Decide whether to use goals based on quantitative evaluations or qualitative evaluations. In both cases setup the rating scales or pick lists
  • Decide whether to present a job description phase
  • Customize the summary of the Performance evaluation
