Trusting data to the "cloud " is a delicate issue for many organizations. When that data is the personal information of the organization’s employees the need to be secure is paramount.
Security has been engineered from the ground up in Altamira HRM. The result of this approach is a platform that ensures that the information that your organization manages with Altamira Employees is under your complete control.
Security in Altamira Employees is delivered in three distinct ways:
- Access to specific features. The platform allows HR administrators to grant or deny access to a feature or part of for the operations of reading, editing or deleting data. A robust mechanism of inheritance, common to modern operating systems, ensures that the security can be managed easily and quickly.
- Access to organizational chart branches. HR administrators can grant users access to the data of employees in specific branches of the organizational chart. Managers and HR uses can only see the data of employees for which they have been authorized.
- Access to employees hired in specific companies. As with access to branches of the organizational chart, HR administrators can authorize users to access data from employees employed in a given company of the organization.
Security at the organizational chart or company level is applied ubiquitously in the platform ensuring that information is visible only by authorized personnel.
