Each performance evaluation is accompanied by a summary page. Downloadable Microsoft Word reports allow employees to keep their performance evaluation off site
Performance evaluation summary
The performance evaluation summary provides a bird’s eye view of the process. The summary contains:
- the overall assessment, built from the results of the goal and competence evaluation
- optionally unstructured comments useful for the mutual definition of development actions
- an "Assessment Summary" in tabular form, which shows a synopsis of goals and competencies assessments.
The Assessment Summary displays a single value that indicates the overall level of achievement for the entire set of goals of the employee. This value can be used in a Management By Objectives policy, or simply as one of the factors to be considered for promotions or salary increases: for more details, see Altamira Budgeting.
Download and Reports
Altamira Performance allows participants to print or download a Word, Excel or HTML document containing their PMP. This can be saved on the users local storage for off line viewing.
The reporting platform provides 18 reports related to the PMP. These reports allow HR Managers to carefully monitor the situation of PMPs for the whole organization. As with all standard Altamira Employees reports, they can be printed or exported to Microsoft ® Word, Microsoft ® Excel and HTML formats.
