The Career Centre is the web site where candidates interact with your organization. Candidates can:
 

  • browse or search for vacancies recruiters post to the career centre;
  • apply to one or more vacancies by filling in a totally customizable application form;
  • register with the career centre to update their application in the future;
  • setup job alerts to be notified when new vacancies are ported that match the candidates preferences.

The Career Centre is completely dynamic and self service. This means users (who have permission to do so) can post and withdraw vacancies and update texts on the fly with no technical expertise in web technologies.

Our Career Centers are deeply integrated with Social Networks such as Facebook and Linkedin allowing candidates to easily share vacancies on their favorite sites. Companies can easily create fan pages that pull vacancies from the Career Centre increasing employer branding and connecting recruiters with more candidates.
