Their innovative safety technology allows builders to renovate, secure, and restore structures without the support of scaffolding or aerial platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With over 120 showrooms in Italy, France, Spain, and the Principality of Monaco, EdiliziAcrobatica is a fast-growing company aiming to export its highly sustainable technique worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s rapid growth, which brought along a staff of almost 1600 units in just a few years, made it increasingly challenging for the organization to maintain proximity to its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was time for a change of mindset, one that could be embraced by all employees and take advantage of digitalization to simplify everyday tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, the company decided to embark on a&nbsp;<strong>global process of HR digital transformation<\/strong>. The project involved the entire HR team as well as Stefano Marcenaro, who, after working in the payroll and administration office, is today the reference point for the Digital HR project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key element of this undertaking was choosing the correct technology partner. It was the first time the company embarked on a project of this kind, and the software selection was perceived as complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After thoroughly scouting the HR technology market,&nbsp;<strong>EdiliziAcrobatica chose Altamira as a partner for HR digitalization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winning point was the platform\u2019s nature, capable of helping the HR office with employee management while facilitating employee experience within the company. The software\u2019s flexibility, as well as its ability to support the company\u2019s growth and increasingly complex needs, were also appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Altamira on their side, EdiliziAcrobatica decided to progressively digitalize a series of processes, starting with employees\u2019 records and documents, the selection and hiring processes, attendance monitoring, and employee evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As it was the company\u2019s first experience with employee management technology, the suggestion was to initially use the platform internally \u2013 as department software \u2013 to learn its features and understand how to fully exploit it to improve the work and experience of their staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From centralized to self-service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s ultimate goal is to gradually shift to a self-service management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The process has already started: hiring managers are adopting the recruiting platform to contribute to the selection processes, managers use it to organize teams\u2019 resources, while employees are taking full advantage of Altamira\u2019s leave management system to request vacations and PTO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the future, all processes \u2013 from evaluations to attendance tracking \u2013 will be managed online by the employees through the Altamira HRM app. Smartphones are indeed the most convenient tools for workers out on the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe are making our HR processes self-service following the Altamira HRM app\u2019s growth.
