Altamira HRMobile: New Sections and a Dedicated Employee Homepage

With the latest release of Altamira HRMobile, we’ve expanded the features available to employees, bringing the full capabilities of Altamira Employees to the mobile app.

This update introduces three new sections designed to make accessing personal information even faster and more intuitive:

  • Assets. A section dedicated to managing company-issued assets, including employee benefits, company devices, and personal protective equipment (PPE), allowing employees to keep track of everything provided by the company.
  • Medical exams. A space where employees can review their medical exam history and keep track of upcoming appointments, both mandatory and optional.
  • Disciplinary actions. A section that collects the disciplinary measures issued by the company.

A New Homepage Designed for Employees

That’s not all! In addition to the new sections, we’ve redesigned the navigation experience by introducing a dedicated employee homepage, providing quick access to key information:

  • Payslips
  • Compensation (current and past)
  • Documents
  • Directory
  • Assets
  • Medical exams
  • Disciplinary actions

At the top of the homepage, employees can also see a preview of their most recent paycheck. For privacy reasons, the information is masked and can be revealed with a simple tap.

As with other app features, the new sections can be enabled selectively. Each company can decide which ones to make available in the app depending on the modules in use. For example, if disciplinary actions are not managed through Altamira, the corresponding section can be easily disabled.

An Even More Complete App for HR Processes

With this update, Altamira HRMobile becomes an even more comprehensive tool for employees, allowing them to:

  • manage their time and expenses
  • upload documents and access the company directory and their personal information
  • develop their skills through the company’s training programs
  • easily interact with the main HR processes that involve them, directly from their smartphones

It’s another step forward toward making the HR experience more seamlessly integrated into employees’ everyday work.
