The new adaptive side menu dynamically adjusts to your screen size, with each product assigned a unique color, making it easier to navigate—especially for those using the full Altamira suite.
Icons have been redesigned for a modern, cohesive look, and the context menu has been optimized for a smoother, more responsive experience, whether on desktop or mobile.
With this upgrade, HR management with Altamira is now more streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly than ever.

A Redesigned Organizational Chart
In addition to the refreshed interface, we’ve introduced a powerful new tool for building and managing organizational charts with greater flexibility and insight.
With this modern, interactive solution, companies can:

- Clearly visualize reporting relationships
- Identify key roles and gaps in the hierarchy
- Support workforce planning
The tool is designed to handle even large-scale organizational charts, using color-coded hierarchy levels for easier navigation. A mini-map in the bottom corner helps users stay oriented as they explore the structure.
Finding a specific employee is a matter of seconds—simply search, select, and make changes instantly. With a single click, you can adjust the chart to reflect the company’s evolving hierarchy. The final chart can also be exported in multiple formats, including PNG and PDF.
