Can I install HRM on my servers?
Altamira HRM is sold as a software as a service. This means that the platform runs on our servers in our highly secure data centre. There is no option to purchase Altamira HRM for an on-site installation.
Who makes use of the data I put into Altamira HRM?
Nobody except for you and the users you specifically authorize. Altamira’s reputation is based on the fact we treat our customers data as private and confidential.
What happens if I decide to stop using Altamira HRM?
If you should decide to stop using Altamira HRM we guarantee that your data will not be sold or made available to anybody. You can freely download all the information present in the platform using our advanced export engine.
What payment methods are available?
The service fees are divided into an initial setup fee plus an annual fee. Payment is made via bank transfer.
What are the hardware and software requirements?
Altamira HRM hosted directly on our servers in our highly secure data centre. This means that the only requirement you need to satisfy to use the platform is that you have a permanent connection to the Internet (ISDN minimum, ADSL or higher recommended) and a modern web browser. We have tested the following browsers:

Can I import a database into Altamira HRM?
Yes. You can import a CV database or an employee database into Altamira HRM. Importing data into the platform must be coordinated with our Customer Care.
Can I export data from Altamira HRM?
Yes. You can export data from Altamira HRM at any time. Altamira offers an export engine that allows you to export both CVs and Employees forms.
Does importing or exporting data have an additional cost?
No. The Import/export engine is part of the platform and it has no additional cost.
What is the service level agreement?
Altamira guarantees an uptime of 99.9%. The actual service level for 2013 was 99.996%.
