The Axess X3 time clock is designed to support both attendance monitoring as well as access control. It is suitable for any type of work environment and can also be installed outdoors.
It offers excellent value for money, combining compactness and robustness with a high level of technological development and a beautiful design. Its great strength—which applies to all the terminals that are part of the X family—is that it is fully configurable and manageable via the Web (configuration parameters, cards, users identified by name, permissions, reviewing clock-ins, etc.).
Compared to its predecessors, the X3 model is equipped with both a numerical keyboard and a touch screen interface that make it more intuitive to use. An integrated biometric version, the X3BIO, is also available.
The X4 is an attendance terminal and a high-security gate access controller, also available in the X4 Glass version, which is equipped with a capacitive touch screen.
Highly robust and compact (less than 4 cm thick), it offers an elegant design and a color display that make it pleasant and easy to use. Both the messages on the display and the audio signals are always easy to understand.
This attendance device is very easy to configure – via FTP or the web – and ready to use, able to communicate with the server in real time (for clocking in/out or status changes), and offering the possibility to encrypt the connection thanks to the integrated HTTPS client.

Both the configuration of the terminal and the management of all its functions can be done remotely, via browser or FTP.
One can connect up to 3 readers, one internally and two externally. One of these can be biometric for fingerprint reading.
Thanks to the large 7-inch color display, users can perform various operations directly on the terminal’s touch-screen interface, which can be installed horizontally or vertically.

These terminals allow one to identify users not only by the fingerprint reader, but also by typing a code on the keyboard (which can be combined with the fingerprint) or proximity tags.
