Improve recruiting collaboration with shared vacancies and candidate feedback

Getting the right people involved in the hiring process is not always easy. In many companies, feedback is still scattered across emails and phone calls, conversations happen outside the platform, and decisions take longer than they should.

Altamira Recruiting has already helped address this challenge by allowing users to share CV lists with external stakeholders and collect their feedback directly within the platform, without giving them visibility into the entire hiring process. This is a valuable option when access needs to be limited, but it may fall short in scenarios that require more structured, ongoing collaboration.

To support these needs, we have introduced two new features in Altamira Recruiting Enterprise and Altamira Recruiting Consulting: vacancy sharing and candidate feedback. Both are designed to make collaboration smoother and more effective.

Vacancy sharing: bring external stakeholders into the process

You can now share a specific job ad directly from the platform using the dedicated share icon.

You can add:

  • internal users by selecting them from the users already available on the platform
  • external users by simply entering their email address

External users automatically receive an email with:

  • a dedicated access link
  • an OTP, or one-time password, required at each login to help ensure secure, controlled access

This allows companies to involve hiring managers, headhunters, recruiting firms, and staffing agencies in the vacancies they are working on. Recruiting firms and staffing agencies can also give their clients direct visibility into the relevant selection processes, making it easier to collaborate with internal recruiters.

Customizable permissions and flexible access management

When sharing a vacancy with a user, you can define their permissions by assigning them to a group, such as “hiring manager.” Each group comes with predefined rules, which can be fine-tuned as needed case by case.

This gives you full control over who can access the process and what actions they can perform.

Direct communication with your team

Once a vacancy has been shared, you can send updates to everyone involved using the “Notify team” button.

This makes it easy to:

  • keep participants informed
  • request feedback
  • keep everyone aligned without leaving the platform

Candidate feedback: one shared space for discussion

The second new feature adds a dedicated comment area to the workflow sidebar.

Here, users can:

  • view all comments related to a candidate
  • see who wrote each comment, along with the date and time
  • add a new comment or reply to an existing one
  • search conversations using the search bar

All messages, notes, and feedback are collected in one place, so important input does not get scattered across different channels or lost along the way.

The result is a faster, more collaborative decision-making process.
