Attendance devices
With Altamira Attendance, you can rely on virtual monitoring, turn a tablet or smartphone into a time clock with Altamira ClockPoint (QR code or Bluetooth), or choose the feature-rich hardware terminal from our partner dormakaba.
Dormakaba 96 00 Terminal
The dormakaba 96 00 time and attendance terminal belongs to the new generation of K7 terminals and is designed for both working-time recording and access control. Its compact, sturdy design makes it suitable for any work environment, including the most demanding ones thanks to the version with IP65 protection rating.
The strength of the 96 00 is its high-resolution 5-inch touchscreen with a scratch-resistant front glass, which responds instantly and makes the terminal intuitive and immediate to use. The interface is fully customisable to the company’s needs and is enhanced by smart functions such as “text-to-speech” in the national language, which improve the experience of anyone clocking in and out every day. The proximity sensor, together with energy-saving hardware components, reduces power consumption by adjusting the terminal’s operating state to the user’s presence.
More than time tracking: identification, access and flexibility
When it comes to identification, the 96 00 features a multi-RFID reader that recognises both contactless cards and smartphones; alternatively or in addition, a biometric fingerprint module is available, simplifying user management. Beyond time and attendance, the terminal can control doors directly and act as a CardLink/Access on Card (AoC) update device within an access control solution. It is available in the 96 20, 96 40 and 96 60 functional variants, so you can quickly select the range of functions you need. Built on the upgradeable dormakaba Android operating system and designed to be repairable, it ensures reliability and sustainable maintenance over time.

Turn your tablet into a terminal with Altamira ClockPoint
On top of virtual clocking via app or web and physical terminals, Altamira gives you two more ways to clock in and out. Install the free Altamira ClockPoint app on a company tablet or smartphone and you turn that device into a full-fledged time clock, with clock-ins based on Bluetooth or dynamic QR codes.
Altamira ClockPoint works hand in hand with Altamira HRMobile and Altamira Attendance, so the punches your team registers flow straight into the attendance system you already use, with no need of dedicated hardware.
